| Project type | Uses the same classification shown on lead pages, such as one-off house, large residential, energy or commercial fit-out. |
| Record lane | Can be limited to planning applications, commencement notices or tender notices without mixing lifecycle stages. |
| Audience | Uses the reader tags already shown across PlanningBrief: trades, suppliers, professional services or investment. |
| No new match | No email is sent. The first run records a baseline so old matches do not create a flood. |
How it works
PlanningBrief stores your email address, alert cadence and chosen query filters. It stores the saved search, not a copy of every matching record.
Alert emails use double opt-in and include an alert-specific unsubscribe link. No email is sent when a saved search has no new matching records.
