PlanningBrief terms, privacy and cookies

PlanningBrief is an independent information service built from public-source construction and planning records. It is not legal, planning, procurement or financial advice; verify material facts against the official source before acting.

PlanningBrief displays public-record context and avoids unsupported private details. Use the contact route for correction, suppression or source-record questions.

Team accounts. When your company uses a Team plan, the projects you save to the shared pipeline, the notes you write on them and your name as the person assigned are visible to the other members of your team and to your team's administrator. Your team's administrator can remove members. We process this information to provide the shared pipeline, on the basis of the contract with the paying account. Notes are private to your account when you are not on a team.

PlanningBrief uses essential cookies for account, security and session flows. First-party product measurement uses a rotating random browser identifier, stores only one-way pseudonyms and coarse interaction categories for up to 90 days, including how long a page stays open after you first scroll, tap, click or type on it, and does not store IP addresses, user agents, referrers, emails, search terms or external destination URLs. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable collection.
