[This application is lodged for] The construction of a new residential building (Block 1, Parkside 5B, Dublin 13), forming a single building block on a more larger overall site. Block 1 consists of three residential cores over a shared basement. Each core will have a single stair arrangement, each connecting to the basement level. Two of the residential cores will provide six storeys with the third consisting of eight storeys. A total of 198 units will be provided for this block spread over the three cores. There is provision for a retail unit on the ground floor of Core 1A and also an amenity space located on the ground and first floor. The amenity is proposed to provide co-working and bookable working spaces.
