(i) Demolition of garage to side of No — Clontarf

Public-safe works description

(i) Demolition of garage to side of No. 27 Kincora Road and single storey extension to side and rear of no. 29 Kincora Road; (ii) Extension (66 sq.m) to rear of no. 29 Kincora Road, which includes modification to the attic floor, replacement of the front dormer window, and six new rooflights; (iii) Construction of five houses to the rear of nos. 27 and 29 Kincora Road, as (a) two pairs of two semi detached two storey x four bedroom houses (177 sq.m each, and (b) a single storey two bedroom bungalow (111 sq.m) all with private open space and car parking spaces; (iv) Removal of existing boundary between nos. 27 and 29 and the construction of a new shared gated entrance and access roadway to the rear of the site, and the creation of two new entrances to nos. 27 and 29 Kincora Road off the shared entrance, and (v) all site development works including changes to boundaries of nos. 27 and 29 Kincora Road, boundary fencing and walls, pedestrian gates, landscaping, road surfacing, attenuation and drainage work.
