Proposed Construction of Block C (Commercial Office - Landlord Shell & Core). Part of the development to be known as Capital Dock. Note: The Common Basement is covered under a separate Seven Day Notice and Fire Safety Certificate Application. Block C, office building (6‐storeys plus set back) with total gross floor area c. 13,474 sq.m. This building will accommodate office floor area ancillary areas including reception (138 sq m), communications room (13.8 sq m) and security room (30.5 sqm) and welfare areas from level 00 to level 06; external roof terrace (c. 483 sq m), lift / stair cores, balustrades and screening devices and plant at roof level 07.
