7 no. houses at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14 Heathfield Drive from Permission for a period of 5 years for amendments to part of the development previously permitted under Reg. Ref. F05A/1869/E1. The current proposal comprises of a mixed use development with 78 No. residential units consisting of 30 no. 2 storey 3 bed semi detached House Type A, 8 no. 2 storey 3 bed semi detached House Type B, 5 no. 2 storey 3 bed mid terrace House Type C, 8 no. 2 storey 3 bed semi detached House Type D, 8 no. 2 storey 3 bed house end terrace / semi detached Type E, 8 no. 2 storey 3 bed house end terrace / semi detached Type E1, and 11 no. 2 storey 3 bed mid terrace House Type F; with 2 no. car parking spaces to be provided per each residential dwelling; this proposal is also for a 2 storey 92 no. bed nursing home facility (c. 3,596 sq.m) with a sensory garden (c. 1,951 sq.m) and associated 60 no. parking spaces located in the eastern portion of the site; a single storey crèche facility (c. 248.5 sq.m) with an outdoor play area (c. 284.5 sq.m) and associated 20 no. staff parking spaces and 13 no. drop-off spaces located in the north-eastern portion of the site; a 2 storey community and retail building (C. 1,021 sq.m) with associated 43 no. car parking spaces located adjacent to the existing site entrance.
