Internal and external refurbishment works to the School of Business and Social Studies to (1) demolish existing single storey classroom extension and single storey plant room to the North of Block D, (2) raise the existing parapet height and reclad all elevations to Block D, (3) construct a new entrance canopy on the North façade of Block D, (4) raise an existing staircase to allow access to rooflevel of Block D, (5) overclad existing rooftop plantrooms to Block D, (6) enlarge existing gas compound to the West of Block D, (7) construct new external ramp outside Block C entrance and increase the area of paved landscaping outside Block D, together with associated site development works, services and signage
