Permission for the proposed alterations and extensions to the existing dwelling house on site consisting of (1) the proposed demolition of parts of the existing dwelling house, including (a) demolition of the glazed entrance porch, (b) demolition of the two storey annex to the rear of the main house and (c) the demolition of the link between the main dwelling house and the self contained apartment granted under Planning Reg No. 960011 (2) the proposed erection of (a) a new two storey extension to the rear of the Main dwelling house, (b) the proposed erection of a new Dining Room and Kitchen extension linking the Main House and self contained apartment and (c) a proposed new Entrance door to the Main house and (3) various minor alterations to elevations of the Main dwelling house and Self Contained Apartment together with all associated site works and ancillary services on site
