The development will consist of: 1) to demolish existing single storey flat roof extension to front of existing dwelling and flat porch to rear of existing dwelling, 2) to apply new pitched roof to existing flat roofs to side of existing dwelling over Garage and Kitchen to match that of the main roof to existing dwelling, 3) to convert existing Garage into Utility accommodation, 4) to construct new single storey flat roof extension to front of existing dwelling, 5) to construct new single storey pitched roof extension to rear of existing dwelling, 6) to carry out minor interior alterations and renovations to existing dwelling and 7) to decommission existing septic tank and connect all foul water drainage to existing public main sewer together with all associated site works.
