residential development which will consist of the demolition of an existing factory together with all associated ancillary structures and the construction of 49 no. dwellings comprising 1 no. 4 bedroom three storey detached house, 4 no. 4 bedroom three storey semi-detached houses, 18 no. 4 bedroom three storey terraced houses, 2 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses, 17 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey terraced houses and 7 no. 2 bedroom 2 storey detached houses. The residential development will have a vehicular access from Farnham Drive and will include all associated site development works, car parking and landscaping on a 1.33 hectare site at Farnham Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11, bounded to the north by Finn Eber Fort, and to the south by the Erin’s Isle GAA Club.
