An existing, vehicular entrance to a yard will be reused as the new site entrance and the existing farm sheds and haybarn (area 200m2) will be demolished to make way for the driveway to the proposed house. The development will include a new well, an on-site treatment system, polishing filter and percolation area to cater for waste water generated. Surface and roof-water drainage will run to a new soakaway on the site.
