Public-safe works description

The demolition of part of the existing porch, bedroom 5 and bay window to the front (south elevation), the sun room to the rear (north elevation) all at ground floor level, the existing chimney stack to existing living room and existing garden shed to the side (east elevation), together with the removal of the existing pitched roof to the existing utility room to the side (west elevation), together with the construction of new single storey extensions to the north, east and south of the existing dwelling house, the construction of a new flat roof to the existing single storey extension to the side (west elevation) and new canopy to the front (south elevation) together with alterations and minor elevational adjustments to ground and first floor levels and attic area. All to be connected to existing associated drainage together with all ancillary and associated site works.
