The proposed development consists of demolitions ahead of the main works associated with the 7no storey residential development permitted under grant reference 2043/20. This phase shall consist predominantly of the demolitions of a 2no Storey Office and 1no Storey Warehouse structures on the 0.074ha subject site. Some temporary shoring may be required, depending on the condition of the rear and Eastern/Western adjoining masonry and stone walls. Plus any other works to clear the site in advance of the main works stage.
