construction of 54 no. houses, comprising: 34 no. 3 bed two storey semi-detached houses each measuring c. 102.2 sqm GFA, 6 no. 3 bed two storey terraced units each measuring c.97.5 sqm GFA, 8 no. 2 bed two storey terraced units each measuring c.81.8 sqm GFA, 3 no. two bed single storey terraced units measuring c.81.8-85.4 sqm GFA and 1 no. three bed single storey detached house measuring c.81.8 sqm GFA. The development will be accessed and served by the existing internal road network and site services as permitted under Reg. Ref : 99/104, 14/365, 18/332 with vehicular access off the Tullow Road. The development also includes all associated landscaping, public and private open space, boundary treatments, site services including foul, surface water drainage, and water supply, and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below the ground. Public open space to provide for the current development was previously permitted under Reg. Ref. : 99/104, 14/365 and 18/332.
