Construction of a single storey extension to the south facing gable of existing dwelling and to replace existing flat roof with a new hip roof. Permission is also sought to demolish existing two storey barn and to extend and renovate existing single storey outbuilding for domestic storage and for permission to decommission existing septic tank and replace same with the installation of a treatment system and associated soil polishing filter together with permission to close existing additional site entrance to improve road safety and for all associated site works and to retain the existing vehicular access together with associated front boundary wall and to retain alterations to window openings and proposed alterations to plans to include a revised roof design and window form.
