Public-safe works description

The construction of a new (124.1m2) 2 storey entrance area extension to the existing protected structure will include the removal of part of the adjacent roof structure and external elevation, reconfiguration of door and window openings, along with internal demolitions and alterations with new window openings to courtyard elevations as well as removal of a later addition concrete link structure to North. The existing medical use will be extended to include new Audiology Unit, Orthodontic Unit and ophthalmology dept over two floors. Included as part of the works is the building of universal access ramps, replacement of existing windows and a new 42 space carpark and associated disabled car parking and set down together with all necessary site works.
