A change of use and material alterations to vacant retail units (1A, 1B, 10 & 11) located within the mixed-use development in Belgard Square West, Tallaght. The proposed works will include a fit out of a day surgery on the ground floor and the construction of a new mezzanine floor above units 1A & 1B to contain an air- handling plant to service the facility below. In addition to this, it is proposed to provide a new lift and generator room at basement level and a medical gas store within the service yard adjacent to the unit.
