The development will consist of the Change of Use of the Ground Floor WestWing (352 Sq.m.) from current Office Use to proposed use as a DaycareCentre for Adults with Disabilities operated by St. Michael’s House which willsub-divide the existing office space at ground floor into 2 separate units.Proposed works will comprise removal of an existing window andreplacement with a new window and entrance door on the rear north façadeto the west wing of the ground floor including modification of existingexternal paving and landscaping to facilitate pedestrian access to newentrance, modifications to 3 No. existing standard car parking spaces tocreate 2 No. wheelchair Accessible Parking spaces, demolition of existingnon-structural internal walls, erection of new internal partition walls,modifications to existing toilets, and associated and ancillary sitedevelopment works to facilitate the proposed development.
