This 7-Day Notice relates to the proposed development at Cross Avenue, Blackrock, comprising of amendments to Blocks A and B of the current development to provide 5 no. additional apartments, resulting in a total of 246no. apartments. The proposed amendments include: Extension of the fourth floor (5th storey) of Block A to provide 3no. additional apartments comprising 2no. 1-bed and 1no. 2-bed apartments; Extension of the seventh floor (8th storey) of Block B to provide 2no. additional 1-bed apartments; Alteration of permitted open space at ground floor level to provide additional communal open space. The proposed amendment will include all associated site services and development works required to facilitate the amendment to Blocks A and B. This notice follows on from the works currently under construction by the same contractor, under previously validated 7-Day Notice SN0008560DR
