This application relates to a material alteration of the ground floor, changing its use from a former fitness centre to a gaming and amusement arcade, and a material change of use of the mezzanine level to create a first-floor storage area. The proposed works include, removal of the existing stairs serving the mezzanine level, with all associated making good, construction of a new wall to fully enclose the mezzanine, forming a first-floor area designated for ancillary storage, provision of a centrally located office and cash store, creation of an additional ancillary storage area at the rear of the ground floor, alterations and upgrades to the existing sanitary facilities to suit the new layout and intended use.
