Residential Development at No 49-58, Orchard View, Heathfield, Ballincollig, Cork of of 10 no residential units and all ancillary site development works.The proposed development consists of the construction of 4 no 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 4 no 3 bedroom townhouses and 2 no 2 bedroom townhouses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing junction from the Killumney Road serving the Heathfield residential development and the internal road network of the development permitted by Cork City Council Planning Reference 22/41644 to the east, which is currently under construction. The proposed development also provides for alterations to the permitted layout of Cork City Council Planning Reference 22/41644 comprising the reconfiguration of parking areas to facilitate access to the subject site. Ancillary site works include the provision of bin and bicycle stores, the decommissioning and removal of 2 no existing septic tanks and percolation areas serving 2 no existing dwelling houses to the north and the connection of these dwellings to the sewer network serving the proposed residential development.
