modifications to previously granted planning application number 23/439, to consist of demolition of existing toilets and office to rear of building. An enlarged footprint is proposed for the previously approved Endoscopy and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) extensions together with revised plantrooms, and revised internal layout to both extensions. New rooflights are proposed to the rear of the building to existing offices and to Recovery areas. New rooflights are also proposed to the front of the building, where an existing first floor store room is being converted to provide office accommodation. Permission is also sought for new electrical substation and a generator enclosure with fuel store.
