Apartment Block 5 – Apartment Unit No’s 95 to 106 as part of the overall development granted under Planning Ref 05-940 - residential development of: 248 dwellings in the following mix: 125 no. terraced, detached and semi-detached 2 & 3 storey houses comprising 92 no. 4 bed and 33 no. 3 bed houses; 16 no. dwellings in a 3 storey duplex block comprising 8 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments and 8 no. 3 bed apartments over with balconies, 107 no. apartments in a 5 no 3-4 storey apartment buildings comprising 22 no. 1 bedroom, 75 no. 2 bedroom and 10 no. 3 bed apartments with balconies; a single storey childcare facility (180 sq. m.); all of the above is proposed with associated site development works and surface car parking. The development is located on a 12.7 acre site located at Roscam with access from Oranmore Road (Coast Road R338) and Doughiska Road.
