Demolition of existing staircore and construction of new 2 storey extension to the east side of St. Mary’s Parish Primary School, Bryanstown Cross Route, Bryanstown, Drogheda, Co. Louth, to provide general assembly area, new library, 4no. resource rooms and ancillary accommodation, new windows to existing library, new temporary construction vehicle entrance from the Bryanstown Cross Route, to be then used as a pedestrian access gate to the school grounds (with railings to existing path) when construction works are complete, new play area to north side of site, 6no. new parking spaces in existing carpark and all associated site works.
