The proposed development comprises of the construction of a part single storey, part two storey 4 bedroom dwelling consisting of 4 bedrooms, featuring living room, playroom, home office space, rear kitchen/living/dining area with access to back garden outdoor space, in addition to ensuite, utility and storage area rooms. Proposed landscaping works to the front and rear of the site, including boundary fences separating existing dwelling with revised plot.
