The development also includes the demolition of the existing single storey dwelling house and associated garage structures (combined floor area of c. 128 m2) on the lands to the rear of Nos. 14-16 Dartry Road and the provision of 3 no. 3-storey mews dwellings of c. 177 m2 each.
