The demolition of an existing unoccupied single storey house of 70 square metres and a single storey equipment store of 30 square metres, the construction of 20 number apartments, 16 number two bedroom units, and 4 number three bedroom duplex units, all with south-west facing balconies or gardens and north-east facing winter gardens. The gross floor area of the proposed development on site is 3,547 msq (including a basement area of 1,293 sqm) The apartments are to be in three blocks: Blocks A and C nearest Pine Avenue and the Loreto School are to be three storeys, while Block B which will be the centre block is to be four storeys all above part basement level. The part basement will contain 31 number car spaces, 20 number bicycle spaces, 20 number storage units and separate bin and recycling storage. 4 car parking spaces will be provided externally. Pedestrian access is to be from a new gate on Springfield Park and vehicular access via a new entrance on Springfield Park.
