Construct a single storey side extension to the ground floor of their existing home in conjunction with the partial adaptation and raising of the existing roof by approx. 793mm (in line with the height previously approved under Reg. Ref. WEB1344/23) in order to improve the headroom within the attic room spaces. The proposal also allows for a new first floor gable window within the attic room, to the front elevation, with new velux style roof lights as indicated on the drawings together with all associated internal alterations and necessary external site works.
