Phase 2 of the demolition of the existing engineering works buildings and the construction of a residential development and ancillary accomodation, including day nursery / creche facility of 419.6sqm, car parking, ESB substations and plant and including site development works and landscaping, all on a site of 1.90 hectares on the site of the former engineering works, bounded to the north by Shanowen Road, to the east by St. Kevins Boys Club and to the west by Shanowen Business Park, Shanowen Road, Santry, Dublin 9.
