The refurbishment and adaption of and extension to a dis-used stone outbuilding, including part demolition of some internal walls/floors, for use as a dwelling house. The proposed extension is located to the side (north) of the stone outbuildings and extends to 2 storeys in height, with solar panels proposed on south(rear) facing roof slope. The proposed development also provides for a pumping station and rising main to connect to the public system on R172 Blackrock Road, in addition to all associated site development works including landscaping and boundary treatment. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via an existing access off Bothar Maol to the north of the application site. *Significant Further Information submitted 11/10/17 provides for revisions to Waste Water Treatment proposals comprising of the installation of an on site Waste Water Treatment System and polishing filter to serve the development*
