Public-safe works description

The proposed development will consist of; (i) the change of use at unit no.2 at ground floor level from retail use to restaurant use; (ii) the amalgamation of unit nos.2,3 &4 Townyard Lane to provide for a new restaurant with new opening between unit nos.2 and 3; (iii) new opening to archway south of unit no.2 to facilitate deliveries; (iv) internal revisions including internal fit out to facilitate new restaurant; (v) alterations to the facade including (a) removal of shopfront door at unit no.3 and no.4 and its replacement with new glazing (b) alternations to the front entrance to improve accessibility, (vi) provision of carbon filter extract system for kitchen area; and (vii) the development also includes all boundary treatments, SuDS drainage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
