Change of use and material alterations of industrial unit from Gilabbey Veterinary Hospital to warehouse, including the following structural changes: Construct 2 no. roller doors on north elevation replacing one existing door and 2 existing windows. Construct 1 no. door replacing one existing window on north elevation; Construct 1 no. door with canopy replacing one roller door and one window on north elevation; Block up one ground floor window on north elevation and one ground floor window on south elevations; Erect 2 no. signs on north elevation, 1 no. on west elevation and 1 no. on east elevation. Erect steel cladding on south, west and east elevations; Erect steel cladding and stone cladding on north elevation; Construct new entrance gate on south west corner; Construct new vehicular entrance onto Vicars Road and internal alterations.
