The refurbishment of a derelict protected structure and creation of a restaurant for the existing hotel at Farnham Estate. The refurbishment part of the project consists of the change of use of an existing two storey outbuilding from hotel use to restaurant use with a floor area of 262.5sqm including internal and external alterations to the existing protected structure including the introduction of an external emergency escape stairs and a new single storey extension of 42sqm which will be used to connect the new restaurant to the existing hotel building including all associated site works.
