The proposed mixed tenure residential development is located within serviced lands at Kilnap (townland), Old Mallow Road, Cork. The proposed mixed tenure residential development comprises of the construction of 87 no. housing units. The site is located at Kilnap, Old Mallow Road, Cork, on lands in the ownership of Cork City Council. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be from the existing spine road on the serviced site which is accessible from the Old Mallow Road. The proposed development will comprise 95 no. residential housing units, including: 1 no. 4-bedroom two-storey detached house, 72 no. 3-bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses, 8 no. 3-bedroom two-storey town houses, 6 no. 2-bedroom two-storey town houses, Ancillary site works including the provision of bicycle parking, bin storage facilities, surface car parking and landscaping, Servicing proposals including the construction of a pumping station and the laying of underground sewers, mains and pipes.
