Change of use of existing retail units for use as a gym

Public-safe works description

Change of use of existing retail units for use as a gym; change of use of the existing vacant mezzanine spaces over Units 5–7 for use as Aparthotel accommodation; and the construction of new mezzanine floors over Units 8–10 for use as additional Aparthotel accommodation, together with all associated works. The proposed works will be undertaken on a phased basis. The planning permission as granted also provides for the construction of an additional two storeys. These additional two storeys do not form part of the current works and will be constructed at a later date. They will be the subject of separate Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate applications and a separate Commencement Notice, as applicable.
