The alterations, extensions, and conversion of two private dwellings into a single private dwelling. Works to include: (1) The demolition of an existing lean to extension with internal and external alterations of an existing dwelling which is also a protected structure (RPS No.176 & NIAH Ref:30333065); (2) The demolition of an existing single storey utility and front porch of a separate existing dwelling and the construction of a new two storey extension, dormer windows, and bay window to the front and side of same with associated internal and external alterations; (3) The construction of a new single storey link extension between the two dwellings to convert the buildings into single occupancy; (4) The demolition of an existing ancillary shed; and (5) All associated site development works in the townland of Garbally Demesne.
