The construction of DCC3 forming part of the Donore Project residential development at the former St. Teresa's Gardens, Donore Avenue, Dublin 8. Proposed construction of 6-15 storey apartment block (DCC3) of the Donore Residential Project. The full Donore development also consists of Building DCC6 (ref Commencement Notice 8530177/ CN0123686DC), Buildings DCC5 (ref Commencement Notice 8529306/CN0122677DC) and DCC1 (ref Commencement Notice 8531230). DCC3 is made up of 4 cores ranging from 6-15 storeys providing 247 no. apartments. All residential units provided with associated private balconies/terraces as shown on the supporting drawings. A communal courtyard will be provided at the first floor podium above the car parking. Additionally, Cores A,B & C will be provided with communal roof terraces. The enclosed naturally ventilated ground floor car park contains 37 no. car parking spaces, 2 no. motorbike parking spaces, refuse stores, bike storage and ancillary accommodation including ESB substation, generator, sprinkler tanks, water tanks and LV room. The balance of the ground floor contains the entrances to each residential core, support facilities unit, culture & artist workspaces and café. The support facilities unit, culture & artist workspaces and café shall be completed as a grey box shell and core. The fit outs of that same shall be subject to future FSC applications and Commencement Notices.
