a new detached two storey dwelling house with a hipped roof design with a separate single storey garage/store on a 2.1 acre site. A new vehicular entrance with wing walls and gates will be used as the main site entrance with a new driveway to the proposed house. The rear courtyard and garage/store can be accessed from a second vehicular entrance off the side road. The application will include a new well, an on-site treatment system to include aeration treatment, polishing filter and percolation area to cater for the wastewater generated from the development. Surface and roof water drainage will run to a new soakaway on the site. Also included for are all associated siteworks and landscaping
