Walling: Reinforced mass concrete sourdough/retaining walls to a height of 2.4m, with single-skin metal cladding or vented sheeting above to roof level. Roofing: High-tensile corrugated metal roof sheeting with integrated translucent roof lights for natural illumination. Access: Galvanized steel sliding doors and pedestrian access gates as per site layout.
