Permission is sought for a development that will consist of renovations and extensions to the existing dormer bungalow to include: 1) Partial demolition of the existing house and roof. 2) Construction of a 2 storey gabled extension to part of front elevation with existing single storey hipped roof changed to a gable, new entrance canopy, bay window features and a new box dormer set into the existing roof. 3) Single and partially 2 storey extension to side (east) elevation. 4) single and partially 2 storey extensions to rear elevation with associated canopy feature. 5) Change of finish of existing roofs from concrete tile to natural slate. 6) All associated works, landscaping, & ancillary site works required to carry out the development.
