(a) A new velux roof light to the front pitch of the roof of the existing house. (b) The revision of the existing vehicular access from Saint Fintan's Villas to provide a 3.2m wide revised vehicular entrance off Saint Fintan's Villas, to the side of the house along with associated inward opening solid panel gates, pavement dishing and site works. (c) The revision of the existing front porch to provide for a higher front door ope. (d) The demolition of the existing single storey extension to the rear and side of the property and the construction of a new one and two storey extension to the rear and side of the property along with associated pitched and mono pitched roofs, projecting bay to the side, roof lights and associated site works. (e) The revision of the existing pedestrian entrance gate from Deansgrange Road to provide for a 900mm wide pedestrian gate.
