Indefinite Retention Permission sought for the following modifications and revision works to the ground floor floor level of the existing dwelling house comprising the installation of; 1 no. double door to the East Elevation, 1 no. door changed to new window & 1 no. large door to the South Elevation, 1 no. window and the removal of 1 no. window to the West Elevation, the widening of 1 no. window & relocation of the main entrance door to the North Elevation and the installation of the roof lights at first floor level to the South Elevation all as per previously granted planning permission ref. no: 18/495. All works are to be connected to the existing on-site septic tank and percolation area together with all ancillary and associated site works and Full Planning Permission for the following construction works to the existing dwelling house comprising of a new entrance porch at ground floor level and a new dormer window at first floor level all to the North Elevation. New balcony and door access at first floor level to the West Elevation and associated alterations to increase the roof pitch height of the existing roof and the construction of a new sitting room and bathroom to existing first floor attic area all as per previously granted planning permission ref no: 18/495
