Redevelopment of existing convent at Newtown Road, Townparks, Wexford, Co. Wexford for the Sisters of St. John of God. This redevelopment comprises: The refurbishment and conservation repair of the convent building to include alterations to internal layout, removal of external fire escape, demolition of single storey lean-to stores attached to the existing kitchen, roof repairs and renewal and re-pointing of external masonry. It is also proposed to demolish the existing laundry building at the rear of the convent and to extend the existing car parking over this area with associated landscaping.
