Public-safe works description

The development will consist of: A. The demolition of single storey tennis clubhouse, single storey timber prefab previously used as a Montessori School, single storey appendages to the rear of the Parochial Hall and part of the single storey appendage to the Church Cottage/Sexton's Lodge which abuts the Parochial Hall. B. The restoration of the Parochial Hall for use as meeting/Montessori School rooms and a parish office, including alterations and additional windows on the south facade. C. Reconstruction of the external walls to part of the appendage at the south-west end of the Church Cottage/Sexton's Lodge. D. The construction of a single storey replacement kitchen, toilets and store extension with a flat roof and pitched solar panel to the rear/west of the Parochial Hall, a single storey part flat roofed, part pitched roofed building for use as a parish and community hall and associated facilities, including a main hall, social area with an accessible car park entrance, meeting room, kitchen, changing rooms, toilets, stores and plant room and a split floor level, flat roofed link between the rear of the Parochial Hall and the new building. E. Site works including the lowering of ground in the area of the new building, construction of a retaining wall with railings and a hedge over to define the site boundary to the rear/north-west of the new building, landscaping throughout the site including new paving and trees and the removal of trees where necessary, extended car parking and a bin collection point south of the graveyard, bicycle parking with a canopy shelter abutting the National School boundary and relocation of the car park access from Enniskerry Road further to the south.
