Public-safe works description

a). develop/upgrade existing facilities to a mini Tennis/padel Tennis court with permeable surfaces within a transparent enclosure including integrated lighting, b). develop single and two-storey extensions to gables of clubhouse to include external staircase, c). refurbish and alter existing clubhouse elevations, d). reconfigure internal layout of clubhouse, e). construct practice wall at court 8, f). realign and improve fencing at courts 8 & 9 including providing equipment store, g). demolish shed at south eastern corner of court 1, h). demolish stairs and gates at court 8 and 9 and replace with new stairs and passage/viewing area between courts 8 and 9 for accessible access i). develop landscaping and all associated works at St. Anne’s Tennis Club John's Hill, Grange Lower Waterford
