The development of Adamstown Boulevard Phase 1d comprises 64no. residential housing units (10no. two-bedroom units, 40no. three-bedroom units, and 14no. four-bedroom units), ranging from 2 to 3 storeys in height. All residential units are provided with car parking spaces and private open space, in the form of private rear gardens. Visitor car parking and secure bicycle parking spaces are provided in this phase, along with all associated site services, ancillary site works, boundary treatments and landscape works. This phase of the development includes public open space in the form of a linear park located on the east of the site, stretching between Adamstown Avenue and Station Road. Vehicular access to this phase of the development will be provided from Station Road to the south and Stream Road to the east, as well as through previously completed phases of the development.
