It is proposed to construct a residential development in The Quarter,Cooldown Commons,Citywest, Dublin 24. The development will consist of a number of residential blocks,however this commencement notice is in relation to Block E1 only, which will have a top storey height of 25.05m (i.e. 9 stories). It is proposed that the block will consist of open plan residential apartments. Each apartment is served by a single escape stair which discharges directly to the external at Ground level. It is noted at Ground Floor level there are 3 separate units, i.e. café/ commercial, retail/ commercial and an office space. These units do not communicate with each other and are accessed directly from the external.
