Public-safe works description

The overall development permitted under planning reg. ref. D19A/0781 shall provide for the construction of 9 no. residential units consisting of internal and external alterations to the existing dwelling known as Greythorn House including refurbishment of the existing two storey over basement dwelling to provide 4no. new apartment units and for the provision of 5no. new two-storey dwellings. The development comprises 3no. 2-bed apartments and 1no. 1-bed apartment within the refurbished Greythorn House, 2no. 4-bed houses attached to either side of the existing dwelling, an L-shaped Terrace of three houses including 2no. 2-bed houses and 1no. 3-bed house. The development shall provide for 1 no. vehicular access point at Glenageary Road Upper (the existing access point to the site); all boundary treatment and landscaping works; car parking; site services; and all associated site development works.
