Extension and alterations to Townley Hall, Tul lyallen, Co. Louth, A Protected Structure. The extension to the former kitchen wing is to include a lift shaft serving basement, ground and first floors, a stairs linking basement and ground floors, bedroom and bathroom accommodation at ground floor,internal partition walls and a new external glass door screen at basement level. External works include two pedestrian bridges to the north facade at ground floor. Modifications to the main house include a new door opening at ground floor from the Own Room, the conversion of a blind window to a door opening at first floor level and the construction of a stud partition at first floor level. The proposal includes ancillary works associated with the extension and alterations.
