Construction of 17 no. dwelling houses consisting of: Block A - 4 no. part three storey, three bedroomed terraced houses with pitched roof level accommodation and associated dormers to the front and velux roof lights to the rear. Block B - 3 no. two storey three bedroomed, terraced houses with pitched roof level accommodation, associated dormers to the front and velux roof lights to the rear. Block C - 2 no. two storey, three bedroomed, semi detached houses with roof level dormers to the front and rear. Block D - 4 no. two storey, three bedroomed, terraced houses with pitched roof level accommodation, associated dormers to the front and velux roof lights to the rear. Block E - 3 no. two storey, three bedroomed terraced houses with pitched roof level accommodation, associated dormers to the front and velux roof lights to the rear. Block F - 1 no. two storey, three bedroomed terraced houses with pitched roof level accommodation, associated dormers to the front and velux roof lights to the rear and a single storey flat roofed annex. The development will include a new access road from Vernon Avenue, 28no. car parking spaces, services, landscaping and all associated site works.
